1. You are elibible for a FULL refund if...

1.1. You have cancelled your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
1.2. If I (Ike) needs to cancel the appointment for any reason.

2. You are eligible for a PARTIAL refund if...

2.1. You cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
2.2. You are not satisfied with your set and do not want it redone/a free set.

3. You are NOT eligible for a refund if...

3.1. You are a no show. (This means more than 30 minutes late for your appointment.)
3.2. You contact me days later to tell me that you are unhappy with the set.
3.3. We agreed to redo your set, free of cost.
